Rights and Obligations of an Agent：
1. All members of the agent are registered by the referal link, if the customer does not use the referal link or reference code when registering, it will not be counted as your member downline.（You will receive a Telegram notification when your customer registration is complete.）

2. Members' profits and losses will be borne by our company, and the commission will be remitted to agent's designated GCash on the 10th~12th of each month after checking on the 5th~7th of each month.

3. Both the promotional activities and member bonus point rewards are absorbed by the Company first. When calculating the commission, the bonus rewards and payment fee for members should be deducted first before calculating the final profit commission.

4. Members with the same IP, same name and same payout account can only be the downline players of one agent. An agent cannot be the downline member of himself/herself or other agents. If found, the agent will be cancelled permanently and all commissions or win/loss will be forfeited.

5. If a member is found to have abnormal betting behaviour such as playing with mutually exclusive bet zone (Banker / Player,Red / Black,Big / Small,Home / Away,...etc), we will terminate the member's account and cancel the agent's commissions.

6. Agents are not allowed to recruit members by means of proxy operation, declaration cards, etc. Once discovered, the Company will terminate the member's account and cancel the agent's commissions.

7. For the sake of fairness the Company has the right to unilaterally decide whether a member is using points to place abnormal or risk-free bets, and to strictly monitor the behaviour of members or agents. If any member is found to have breached, cheated, or taken advantage of the rules and regulations to make unlawful bets or profits, the Company will terminate the member's account or cancel the agent's commissions, and will suspend the use of the website and forfeit the right to collect points and profits without notice.

8. If the total profit is negative(player win), it will be accumulated to the next month.

9. If the monthly commission is less than 100, it will be merged into the next week for calculation.

How to Apply for an Agent：
Please contact our customer service to apply for an agent, provide your GCash profile page and EMAIL and agent username you want. We will review and deliver the agent's account and referal link to your EMAIL within 24 hours, and you can start to promote.
We suggest you to bind a Telegram account to our agent bot after you get the agent backend, the system will automatically push the report to you every day, you don't need to login to the backend to check the report every day, it's simaple and convenient.

Can I have my own sitename and logo and domain name：
Yes, you can have your own website name, logo and domain name, but you will need to pay for the domain name, setup fee and a monthly fee.
You will also need to provide us with the domain name you want (use GoDaddy to find an unused domain), we will help you set up the website and you can start advertising once the setup is complete.

• The setup fee is ₱5000 pesos per domain, and the domain name fee is ₱5000 pesos per year.
• The monthly fee is ₱5000 pesos per month, and the monthly fee will be deducted from your commission every month.
• If you have already registered the domain name , you will need to set the DNS NS record on our name server.
